A Request for Territory Plan Variation was prepared and submitted to the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate in February 2021 seeking to amend the City Precinct Code Figure 2 and application of criterion 27 and 28 of the Precinct Code to the subject site.

This Variation was sought to realise the development outcome progressed under this application.

This application is submitted prior to the public notification of the Territory Plan Variation as permitted under section 137AA of the Planning and Development Act 2007.
